Lush and slow moving Chokherbali, is a gorgeous piece suffused with sensuality and its denial. I attempt to highlight the intricacies of human emotions and the relations in the light of the novel. This paper endeavors to examine the novel on the parameter of chronology verbal depiction of the raised issue portrayal of characters, conclusion and language and style. Modern literature is not merely about describing the sequence of events, but also about analyzing them and drawing out their inner meaning. It is this scheme that is employed in Chokherbali.
