Article on Effect of Arkatwak Extract in Parikartika Fissure Inano a Case Study

The Research was aimed to evaluate the efficacy of application of arka twak extraction Gel from in parikartika management this was comparative clinical study. The age limitation was 20 60 years 40 patients was taken for study.The study period was 9 days and following for 2 months observation were recorded in the concerned Performa on every month observation were statistically analyzed with paired t test. Group a showed statistically highly significant result. This study concludes that in parikartika Fissure in ano application of arka twak extraction appears to be effective in reducing signs and symptoms Materials and Methods The patient was selected from the outpatient department of shalya SCJ hospital TMAES Society hospital after subjecting the patient to clinical examination and lab investigation the patient was patient was treated with arka twak extractResults The Patient treated with arka twak extract application had marked improvementConclusion Treatment was found effective and economical.
