Abstract

This article presents theoretical and practical recommendations on the use of statistical methods in natural science textbooks and geography lessons for grades 6 and 7. The relevance of the topic is that the "SCIENCE" textbook, which was recently included in the 6th grade science textbook, mainly focuses on the formation of students' skills to apply their knowledge in practice, taking into account statistical methods. Algorithms for use in geography lessons form students' skills in working with tables and diagrams in practical training. This method simultaneously teaches students to apply geographical knowledge to practice to increase their mathematical literacy. The article also contains recommendations on the use of statistical methods.
