Abstract
The advancement of ICT and internet although revolutionized the world, but at the same time created a gap between people; One having access to internet and digital devices and one having not. This division which is commonly referred to as digital divide is seen in countries all over the world. India too is facing such a division with varying dimensions like, between men and women, young and old, rich and poor, rural and urban, region to region etc. The present paper is mainly focused on digital divide
