Abstract
There was a substantial development of art skills in the Harappan culture. Possibly the brick industry was also Raj controlled. In the excavation of any site of the Indus civilization, brick kilns were installed outside the city. It is worth noting that in Mohenjodaro, kilns for making pottery are not found inside the city except at the last minute. There must have been a separate class of potters who made utensils.
