Abstract
The aim of the present study was Evaluation of Phytochemical and Antioxidant Activity of Albizzia lebbeck Bark Extract. The plant has potential antioxidant activity due to presence of alkaloids, tannins, saponin, glycosides and flavonoids. The antioxidant activity were determined by using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. The phytochemical study showed that the plant have alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, glycosides, alkaloids were found using different solvent.
