Abstract
The paper mainly focus on the how Media Organizations view and conduct their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. This paper is purely based on primary data. The Media is playing the role of a watchdog over government and the corporate world that is influencing, promoting, providing, encouraging, innovations and ensuring good governance. Media is considered the indispensable pillar of democracy. It purveys and shapes their people?s values, beliefs, perception and behaviour. Significant of this study is more and more types of Media are joining into social services, ethical lines, participatory communication etc.
