Abstract
A case of metastasis of dysgerminoma in cervical lymph node was reported. Dysgerminoma, the ovarian counterpart of seminoma is a germ cell tumor constituting 15% - 20% of all ovarian neoplasms and occur in women of reproductive age. Our case had cervical lymph node metastasis which is very rare.
