Abstract
An informal sector is called an Unorganized Sector and the employees or staff workers are facing a lot of challenges in their life in the workplace as there were no security measures for them. In the Asian nation India country, 93% of the populations are employed in this unorganized sector. The life of these unorganized staff workers is un imagine blend the difficulties which they are facing and even hardship due to the reasons beyond the control of different sources.
