Abstract

This article deals with the clarifying of the concept of «managing the creative potential growth of teachers in non-formal education». It has been established that the growth of the creative potential of teachers directly depends on the improvement of the entire educational system, in particular the solution of the problem of managing the creative potential growth, as well as systems for upgrading the qualifications of teachers and the requirements of society to the level of their training in non-formal education. If we go deeper into this process with non-formal education and think about the problems of managing the creative potential growth of the teacher that are emerging in many of the newest education institutions, the following is a legitimate question: «In which way it follows, where to find that «golden middle» in a combination of managerial (not) competence and personality of the teacher?». Now this is a very topical issue because reforming the educational process requires a research teacher, a leader as an educator of a new formation, a spiritually developed personality, socially mature, creative, competent, professionally possessing all the pedagogic tools. Seeing the close relationship between the level of development of the economic potential of the country and the state of general education, the institution management, the requirements for a teacher, the teacher professional training with a view to improving and modernizing teaching, we take the attitude of the teacher to self-education and modern values of the NUS in general. Therefore, the timeliness of the research is dictated by the need to study theory and practice, to develop a model and to apply the management experience of teacher creativity development in non-formal education in the context of tasks for the GEI which are not fully realized, but relevant and presented by Laws of Ukraine «On education», «On general education»; determined by the increasing role of education, updating of its system. Thus the introduction of innovation and management approaches in the education process in GEI are means of ensuring that education is central to the development of society. Topics of particular relevance are the formation of theoretical and methodological bases for the study of the increasing role of education, the updating of its system through the adaptation of the experience of world, European and post-Soviet countries (in particular Belarus, Kazakhstan) and the analysis of directions, models, approaches and the introduction into the educational process in the GEI. Such influence will contribute to the reform of the educational system in Ukraine in accordance with European standards. We hope that gradually through public opinion and discussion, this factor will determine the main advantages, prestige of the pedagogical profession, its professional training and social support
