Abstract

The article discusses the peculiarities of the interpretation of the subbject of crimes committed in the field of illicit drug trafficking. The paper analyzes some positions of scientists regarding the essence of the subject of such crimes, and also provides an independent interpretation of the subject of drug crimes.
