Organizational and pedagogical conditions for the project competence formation of teacher training colleges students

Abstract

The article is devoted to the identification of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of project competence of students of pedagogical colleges. The concepts "condition" and "pedagogical condition" are defined and analyzed, the connection between educational activity and ways of project competence forming of future primary school teachers in the pedagogical college is established. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of students' project competence formation depends on taking into account organizational and pedagogical conditions. The following organizational and pedagogical conditions are characterized: the educational environment of the pedagogical college, the creation of a mobile workplace for the future teacher, the functioning of the pedagogical laboratory and its constant modernization, the provision of the pedagogical college with highly qualified pedagogical staff, the practically oriented orientation of student training, the organization of positive motivation to master the future profession, updating the content of educational and methodological support of educational disciplines on the basis of activity and competence approaches. The influence of the modernization of the teaching system and the creation of an innovative educational environment on the personality of the student and his further professional growth has been clarified. It was established that teachers of pedagogical colleges in the vast majority have a sufficient level of knowledge in understanding the content of education, but at the same time they do not know how to organize the educational process taking into account practically oriented learning technologies. It was established that the forms and methods of teaching in the pedagogical college have certain problems and need to be modernized. It has been proven that a modern pedagogical college needs to change the role of the teacher during the educational process, change the interaction during the classroom and independent work with the student, the introduction of new technologies of teaching activity, which in aggregate will lead to the active and conscious formation of project competence among students
