Abstract

One of the key tasks of higher and professional higher education is to prepare young people for professional activities, therefore, information on the employment of graduates of higher and professional higher education is important both for assessing the quality of the education received and for determining priority ways of developing interaction between the education sector and the economy. In particular, information on the employment of graduates is an integral part of public information about the activities of higher education institutions and their educational programs, provided for by the Standards and Recommendations for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area. Having analyzed the essence and features of the concepts of "stimulation" and "motivation" and the main differences between them, under the motivation of students' learning, we understand the system of effective interaction between teachers and students about the motivation of the latter to learn, due to internal and external factors that activate the learning activities of students and contribute to their personal growth. It has been established that the most relevant factor in the activation of student activity is the search for ways to awaken students' interest in learning and education, therefore, the study of non-standard approaches to teaching and ways of organizing teaching activities is of particular relevance. The problem of development of distance education and methods of implementation are considered. Systematized evaluation criteria, the main components of which are the establishment of the actual level of knowledge, the comparison of the identified knowledge with the reference ones, the registration of the result of students' learning by scoring points. To implement the distance learning process, we took an environment that is formed in two ways: using the distance learning platforms (systems) Zoom and Google Classroom and others. With the help of a combination of Internet services and services (blog, e-mail, online whiteboard, online video and audio, chats, forums, online testing tools, online presentations, electronic libraries, etc.), we will be able to conduct training and assessment, but this still needs to be improved further
