Abstract
This research paper presents a new method for encoding-decoding digital color images using three generated lockup tables. The proposed method generates encryption-decryption chaotic logistic keys; these keys are converted into lockup tables, one lockup table for each color channel. The proposed method uses a complex PK with complicated structure, which contains the values of CLMMs parameters, needed to run these models to get the CLKs. The color channel s of the image are to be extracted, each color channel is to be encrypted-decrypted. Then the encrypted-decrypted colors to be combined to form the encrypted-decrypted color image. The PK will provide a huge key space to increase the level of image security, and the generated lockup tables will be very sensitive to the selected values of the PK, any changes in the PK during the decryption phase will be considered as a hacking attempt by generating a damaged encrypted image. The proposed method will be tested and implemented using various color images, the results will be analyzed to prove the quality and efficiency provided by the proposed method.
