Abstract
This reviews objective is to inform readers of a creative substitute for traditional drilling techniques that keeps host bone in the greatest possible biological shape for implant placement. 4 Optic and electronic microscopy have also demonstrated that the bone obtained through this method is live bone. This is crucial since clinical studies have indicated that autogenous bone is the best filler for defects. This method of gathering bone may make it easier to manipulate than other methods, and it can also offer the adhesive and signalling proteins needed for bone healing.
