Abstract
It is a fact that Bhakti period is called the golden period of Hindi literature. The time frame of Bhatikaal is considered to be from 1375 to 1700 Samvat. Poets like Rahim, Tulsi, Sur, Jayasi, Meera, Raskhan etc. are the descendants of this era, who gave birth to an ideological revolution in the society through poems, verses etc., filled with religious sentiments.
