Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the interaction of lignocellulosic substrates with the fungus Aspergillus niger 412 by IR spectroscopy. The process of biotransformation of horse litter with protein accumulation was discovered. The results obtained can be used as the basis for the creation of an environmentally safe technology for the disposal of horse breeding waste.
