Abstract

The article discusses the main specific methods that controlling can use in carrying out its activities in the conditions of industrial production: benchmarking, cost analysis, break-even point analysis, portfolio analysis, questionnaires and others. The use of these methods in controlling activities will ensure the effectiveness of not only controlling, but also the management processes of an economic entity.
