The process of formation of motivation for professional growth of teachers

This article discusses the formation of teachers motivation. It is noted that the problems of increasing the level of motivation for professional growth of a teacher are confirmed by research on the theory and methodology of professional pedagogical education. The author defines professional growth as not only the amount of professional information, but also the use of this information for the benefit of self-realization in the profession. Professional growth is recognized by better or faster performance of tasks.
