Scientific and creative heritage of Georgy Aleksandrovich Geniev

G.A. Geniev, the founder of a scientific school in the field of continuum mechanics, structural mechanics, the theory of elasticity and creep, and the theory of the movement of a granular medium, is presented in an analysis of publications from the galaxy of remarkable Soviet and Russian scientists of the second half of the twentieth century. The author's scientific publications are systematized by research areas, and cover more than 50 years of his scientific work.
