The main pathogenetic aspects of intoxication of the body

Currently, there are a number of external factors leading to intoxication in the human body. The article deals with the influence of carbon monoxide, as a poisonous substance, on the vital organs and systems of a person. The primary lesion of the central nervous system - the brain and its incompletely studied damage during this poisoning are given. The importance of the use of morphological and morphometric methods in the establishment of thanatogenetic assessment of structural lesions of the brain is indicated.
