Abstract
— The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of situational leadership, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study was conducted on employees of CV Al Amien Group in Bangkalan, with a total sample of 60 employees. The research method used is quantitative research, and data is collected through the dissemination of questionnaires. Then, the technical data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this study reveal that directly situational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Another finding is that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, organizational culture also has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction. Finally, this study also found that job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance.
