ON THE STRUCTURE OF INFORMATION AND LEGAL ENSURING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE SERVICE CENTERS OF THE MIA OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the study of the state of information and legal support of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the results of legislative innovations aimed at improving the quality of services provided by the relevant structural bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are analyzed. Domestic regulatory and legal acts and international conventions in terms of administrative and legal regulation of relations between subjects of implementation of the state function in the field of providing administrative services and recipients of such services (individuals and legal entities) are considered. One of the main results of the impact on the modern world of the mechanisms of globalization and informatization, the rapid development of information and communication technologies is the formation of an information society in which knowledge and information become the basic resources for national and social development, which is one of the most interesting and complex issues of the democratic prosperity of the state. Our state is one of the leaders in the implementation of information technologies in the field of providing administrative services, which is one of the conditions for increasing the rating of trust in public administration bodies. The proper application and development of information and legal support in the official activities of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine can become one of the main factors in strengthening the rule of law in our country. The Ministry of Internal Affairs constantly submits draft regulatory acts, the goals of which are to improve existing regulatory acts and bring the legislation up to international standards. A positive innovation in the legal regulation of the information provision of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is the establishment at the legislative level of their information and analytical activities, their powers in this area, the list of databases, as well as responsibility for the illegal use of information resources. Also, European partners and overseas colleagues have repeatedly noted the positive movement in digitalization of all sectors of law enforcement and human rights protection activities of structural bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
