USE OF NEW KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER METHODS FOR TRAINING EXPORT CONTROL SPECIALISTS

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of knowledge and technology transfer in the modern global economy. The article shows models of knowledge and technology transfer. The allocation of four levels of knowledge and technology transfer is proposed: 1) creation of knowledge and technologies; 2) exchange; 3) implementation; 4) commercialization. The main factors and methods of knowledge and technology transfer are identified. The significance of the educational program «Economic Security of Entrepreneurship» for the training of specialists in the field of technology transfer in Ukraine is shown.
