ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CARBON TRANSISTOR

The possibilities and problems of designing and manufacturing high-integration microcircuits based on the use of carbon as the main material are considered. The design of the main element of microcircuits — a transistor on a carbon substrate, as well as a modification of the CMOS circuitry, which makes it possible to build circuits with low consumption on transistors with one type of carriers, are described.
