The article considers the main directions, methods of planning and forecasting of cash flows of the enterprise, assesses the importance of the payment calendar in the activities of the economic entity. The importance of the development of payment regulations aimed at improving the efficiency of cash flow management was noted. The algorithm of cash flow planning aimed at streamlining the process of budgeting cash flows is presented.
