Ticarî İşlemlerde Taşınır Rehni Kanunu’na Göre İcra Takibi

As the Commercial Enterprise Pledge Law numbered 1447 did not meet requirements of commercial life, it was abolished with the Law on Movable Pledge in Commercial Transactions numbered 6750. According to Article 1 of Law No. 6750, the aim of this law is to use the right of movable pledge without transfer of possession as assurance, to widen the scope of movables subject to the pledge, to enable the publicity of movable pledge and to facilitate access to financing by offering alternative ways of foreclosure of pledged property.
