Abstract
The article is aimed at researching the problem of the quality of educational services. The author carried out diagnostics of the level of quality of knowledge of younger schoolchildren, identified the motives of educational activities of younger schoolchildren and the level of quality of knowledge, conclusions were drawn based on the results of diagnostics and proposed measures to improve the quality management of educational services.
