Abstract
In the present knowledge explosion and competitive world, survival and success depend on people's constructive subject knowledge and impressive interactive skills. Students at Undergraduate level require the most essential formal Interview and effective Interaction skills to be successful in their future endeavours like applying for higher studies, acquiring desired jobs, setting up successful start-up businesses, research purpose and to maintain cordial personal and professional relationships within their families, among peer group and at workplace. As said by Albert Einstein “In the middle of difficulty, lies opportunity.” Students must be goal oriented and possess well motivated and intense drive to make the most of all the opportunities they come across without stalling them because this is the period which allows them to decide their future well-being.
