Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of financial and non-financial compensation on employee's work performance. This study was held at the IKIP College of Gunung Sitoli. The research was conducted in August 2019. The number of samples in this study was 28 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that in the unison of financial and non financially compensation was significant to the employee's work achievement. The partial financial and non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee achievement. Financial compensation has a more dominant influence on job performance than financial compensation.
