Organizational Culture, Leadership Styles Influence on Performance through Motivation as a Mediation Variables

Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable. Respondents were 71 employees. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results showed that organizational culture, leadership style, and motivation influence the performance of employees of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah East Java Tbk Malang Branch, both partially and simultaneously. While motivation does not play a role as a mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on performance. Strong organizational culture and the application of appropriate leadership styles, have an influence on employee performance. This is an important consideration for management, so they can get a strategic picture of future performance improvements
