Abstract
:The analysis focuses on the idea of freedom, the concept of citizenship and the experience of the civic as guiding categories for the foundation of a proposal for normative reconstruction of society. The working hypothesis states that the reconstruction of society will be ethically oriented, insofar as citizenship are resignificated by an idea of freedom that is understood in their individual, reflexive and social dimensions. The tension provided by this idea of freedom positions ethics, insofar as a being, as a guideline of the normative, insofar as a duty. As a result, the civic experience will be constituted as a contextual framework where individuals recognize each other and expand their understanding of those vital problems that concern them as citizens who interact horizontally, respecting the purpose of the subject itself and its contribution and social relevance
