Abstract
This article presents a comparative analysis between the poems "Batuque", by Bruno de Menezes and "Essa Negra Fulô", by Jorge de Lima, in order to understand how the black slave woman is portrayed in the fiction of the writers. Based on the hypothesis that these are speeches that sexualize and reify this woman. Thus, it will bring an analysis of the abusive relationship to which the white masters subjected their black slaves, these appear surrounded by a sensuality that conditions them to a position of "seductive women", when in fact they are treated as an object, with the premise of being totally passive. abusive behaviors that are imposed on them as well as being responsible for such acts
