Conceptual basis for the development of the public-private partnership in the industry of the Donetsk People’s Republic

The article systematized the conceptual basis of the public-private partnership and industrial policy, identifies the industries of the Donetsk People's Republic, which are promising for interaction between the state and the private sector, and substantiates the need for new approaches to the investment process for industrial development. The author’s approach to the definition of public-private partnership in industry, formulated on the basis of studying the basic approaches to industrial policy and the prerequisites for strengthening state intervention at the present stage of the evolution of economic systems can be designated as an element of scientific novelty.
