Industrial economics: new development benchmarks

On the example of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the article investigates the possibilities of applying the general economic principles of managing in the context of the industrial economics, namely on the basis of a scientific analysis of the current state of the economy and the industrial complex in particular. New guidelines for the recovery and development of the economy are suggested on the basis of using the advantages of the main factors that contribute to the progressive industrial development.
