Job Burnout among College Counselors and Its Related Factors

To explore the status quo of job burnout among college counselors and analyze the main influencing factors. Methods: Five hundred and thirty-eight college counselors were recruited through the Internet from 7 universities in Guangdong Province. They were investigated with Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey (MBI-GS), General Self-efficiency Scale (GSES), Emotion Labor Scale (ELS), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), and a self-complied general personal information questionnaire.
