Leadership is something we don't often think about, but in everything we do and everything we can think of, leadership plays a central part. Just think about the place you live in, your job, your education, your family, and even your friendships. There is always some leader or at least one individual who takes on the unofficial manager's role. An example almost everybody can remember would be: Gossip Girl's Blair Waldorf leading her minions.
