Abstract
Leadership is something we don't often think about, but in everything we do and everything we can think of, leadership plays a central part. Just think about the place you live in, your job, your education, your family, and even your friendships. There is always some leader or at least one individual who takes on the unofficial manager's role. An example almost everybody can remember would be: Gossip Girl's Blair Waldorf leading her minions. Leadership and management are not the same, though. Management is everything we do and organize to achieve a particular goal through other people's help. On the other hand, as Kevin Kruse states, leadership is “a process of social influence” to achieve that common goal previously mentioned with management
