FEATURES OF THE INVESTMENT CLIMATE OF UKRAINE’S SECTORS OF THE ECONOMY DURING THE WAR

The article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of investment activity in the field of economy, including the agrarian sector of Ukraine in wartime conditions. The economic essence of investment activity in the economy of Ukraine during the war is revealed. A study of the problems of the development of investment activities, which restrain the process of attracting investments in the sphere of the country's economy, including the agrarian sector, was conducted. Features of investment activities and the process of their activation are highlighted. The priority directions and areas of investment activities for the development of the agrarian sector, the creation and implementation of promising investment programs to support the innovative development of all branches of the country's economy have been determined. The need to develop an investment policy in all branches of the country's economy in wartime conditions was determined. The essence and role of investment activity in the process of economic development in the post-war period is considered. The assessment of the main factors and obstacles affecting their introduction into production is given. All this gives confidence that, despite the war, right now is a good time for the preparation and implementation of investment projects on the territory of Ukraine. The importance of innovative support and innovative activity of the country is studied. Currently, Ukraine needs to pay more attention to the creation and implementation of promising investment programs, supporting the innovative development of all sectors of the economy. This will allow the country to increase the competitiveness of its own production and expand the list of technological possibilities.
