MODELS AND METHODS OF MAKING MANAGERIAL DECISIONS IN MANAGEMENT

The activity and development of any enterprise is directly related to the conditions, as well as to the development, adoption and implementation of management decisions (or business decisions) aimed at solving a certain management problem. It was determined that the research of conditions and methods of making rational decisions in management, including the optimization of business decisions, is a relevant issue today. With this in mind, in the article presents the models and methods of making managerial decisions in management based on the research results. It is noted that the management decision under conditions of risk and/or uncertainty should be understood as the choice of the most effective business solution option from possible alternatives under conditions of risk and/or uncertainty, and the main goal of the management decision is to achievement of enterprise goals. At the same time, it was found that in conditions of complete uncertainty, the criteria for making business decisions are important, in particular, the criterion related to the result and the costs of resources and time incurred to obtain this result. It was concluded that rational managerial decisions in management are determined in the process of optimization. It is advisable to carry out further research in the direction of determining the optimal allocation of resources in conditions of uncertainty and risk, taking into account the models and methods of making business decisions in management for the purpose of enterprise development, taking into account the result, process, stability, quality and effective management.
