Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a multi-systemic granulomatosis of undetermined etiology often affecting young adults and difficult to diagnose. It is rare in children and can be misleading. We report the case of a 7-year-old child who objectifies this diagnostic difficulty, especially the differential diagnosis with ocular tuberculosis while underlining the importance of the collaboration of the ophthalmologist with the pediatricians and the anatomopathologists because of the frequency and the polymorphism of this ocular affectionunder-diagnosed in children.
