Abstract
This article gives information on the preparation of preserves from non-traditional raw materials. In recent years, the population of the Earth has increased dramatically. This, in turn, leads to even more people consuming food. The task is to find new types and sources of non-traditional raw materials for the supply and expansion of the range of food products, including sweets, to solve the problems facing application.
