Abstract
Four meanings of the term 'self-regulation': 1) self-regulation as an independent (without an accompanying specialist) work with oneself; 2) the body's regulation of its functions without external influence; 3) self-regulation as a synonym for self-organization as opposed to organization through hierarchical management; 4) work on the transformation of the current physical or emotional state itself, not aimed at its causes, unlike psychotherapy. In this report, we mean primarily the first, as well as the fourth meaning of the term.
