IMPROVEMENT OF RISK ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT METHODS IN BUSINESS PLANNING OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The article deals with the theoretical- methodological and application problems of the analysis and evaluation of risk in business-planning. The author methods of risks evaluation, the algorithm of risk management are suggested. On their base the conception of risks management of investment projects is formed. It has been proven that risk management in modern successful organizations is a carefully planned process, the goal of which should be optimization of the level of risk to ensure sustainable existence and development of the enterprise. In the process of research, the principal features of risk assessment in the field of business planning are highlighted, as they objectively influence the formation of risk analysis and assessment methods, as well as the construction of the concept and stage of risk management in the implementation of a business plan. For the analysis and management of the risk system of the business plan, a risk management algorithm is proposed, the consistent implementation of which allows you to fairly qualitatively assess the possible types of risks inherent in a specific business plan, their consequences, graphically display the results of the analysis and, on the basis of this, to form a plan appropriate to the capabilities of the enterprise, its external and the internal environment of operation, the concept and strategy of risk management, which allows you to control the risk and reduce it to an acceptable level with the help of a developed program of risk prevention measures. The practical implementation of the proposed algorithm is carried out step by step using the developed system of tables that simplify the risk analysis procedure and make it more visually compact. It is shown that the integrated analysis combines the results of qualitative and quantitative assessment of risks in space (by risk zones) and time (stages of the implementation of the business plan), which allows for a graphical interpretation of cumulative risks in dynamics.
