Abstract
The Relevance of modeling queuing systems, in particular, the creation of queue models, is due to the need to optimize the operation of queuing systems during economic growth and automation of service processes. The paper considers the use of queue models both to improve the level of customer service of the insurance company and to facilitate the work of the company's employees, the construction and practical implementation of several queuing models related to the work of the company's telephone operator, in particular, using simulation modeling based on spreadsheets.
