RELIABILITY OF ASSESSMENT OF EDUCATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS AS A GUARANTEE OF THE QUALITY OF STUDENTS OF PROFESSIONAL HIGHER EDUCATION TRAINING

Abstract
Introduction. The transition from the logic of mastering the content to the logic of achieving the results of mastering educational and professional programs as competencies, which is happening today in professional pre-higher education, sets requirements in the standards of professional pre-higher education not for the mandatory minimum content of education, but its results expressed by descriptors of competencies. Purpose. Meta stats are used in the assessment of the totality of the variety of new forms and the assessment of the knowledge of the achievements of the health of the vocational movable education. Methods. The fundamental scientific methods of investigation are empirical (cautionary, description) and theoretical (analysis, generalization, explanation), as well as systemic, functional, and concrete sociological. Results. The choice of competently-oriented heads allows changing both the nature of the work and the health of the vocational movable education and the position and nature of the activity of the worker itself, more building design and winning the competence of the profession in the field of competence. Originality. The use of competence-oriented tasks allows to change the nature of the work of students of professional preliminary higher education, as well as the position and nature of the activity of the teacher himself, because the ability to construct and use competence-oriented tasks reveals his professional competence. Conclusion. New forms and means of evaluating the educational achievements of education seekers cannot be useful and effective without the training of relevant specialists in the field of pedagogical measurements: technologists, organizers of evaluation processes, analysts, and interpreters of educational statistics. Only with the creation of a reliable evaluation system is it possible to competently train students of professional preliminary higher education and ensure its quality.
