Abstract

This study aims to analyze e-service quality, social influence, compatibility, and perceived security on behavioral intention through trust and attitude and its implications for this study uses a quantitative approach using path analysis processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM AMOS 5 software. This study used a sample of 174 respondents. The measurement scale uses the likert scale. In this study, validity tests and reliability tests were also carried out, then estimation tests and structural tests of fit models were also carried out. Based on the structural model, it can be proven that e-service quality has a significant effect on trust, attitude and behavioral intention, social influence has a significant effect on behavioral intention but has an insignificant positive effect on trust and attitude, compatibility has a significant effect on trust, attitude, and behavioral intention, perceived security has a significant effect on trust, and behavioral intention but has a negative effect is not significant on attitude, trust has an insignificant effect on attitude and has an insignificant negative effect on behavioral intention, and attitude has a significant effect on behavioral intention in application users in Samarinda. in the future, hopefully this research can become a reference in improving health welfare in the community
