Legislative regulation of the participation of social (public) organizations in the state and public management of general secondary education institutions

The article summarizes and outlines the legislative requirements and regulations regarding the participation of public (public) organizations in the state-public management of institutions of general secondary education on the basis of partnership interaction. Pupils are a driving force that occupies a central place in the development of general secondary education institutions, the local environment, social society, and a democratic state. Therefore, it is necessary to involve it as actively as possible in the activities of the self-governing bodies of the school, participation in the work of centers, units of scientific and educational, cultural, sports and recreation, social (community) organizations. In order for the education of student youth to take place in accordance with democratic social processes, it is expedient, on the basis of current legislation, to really ensure the effectiveness of the leading role of children and students – our future, both in the institution of general secondary education in particular, and in democratic society as a whole, taking into account their life principles and priorities, which are the basis of their formation of classic orthodox spiritual and moral values, the direction and content of sustainability, vitality, life-making of a young person - a creative gifted individual, mastering the skills of management, participation in social life and determining one's place and role in construction and development democratic state of Ukraine. In terms of acquiring scientific knowledge, strengthening the national-patriotic education of school youth, it is expedient for the heads of general secondary education institutions and teaching staff to more actively involve the youth institutes of the social society of the relevant direction, the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, to implement specific events interesting for children and students; significantly increase the participation of children and students in the planning and implementation of such events; promote the participation of children and students in local, district, regional, all-Ukrainian competitions, contests, Olympiads, training seminars. The legislation of Ukraine in terms of the participation of public (public) organizations in the state-public management of institutions of general secondary education on the basis of partnership interaction is oriented to such a state-democratic approach. From a political, social, economic and legal point of view, the legislative requirements regarding the participation of public (public) organizations in the state-public management of institutions of general secondary education on the basis of partnership interaction are based on the Constitution of Ukraine, legislation and normative legal acts.
