Abstract
In this post, we'll look at how the shift from traditional classroom instruction to online learning presents opportunities to introduce the project-based learning approach to higher education. The educational considerations are discussed in relation to the multidisciplinary nature of digital humanities resources. Such methods of teaching in higher education help to raise standards and guarantee that students get the skills they'll need to succeed as experts in the digital economy. This article details an experiment conducted by the Department of Information Systems in the Arts and Humanities within the Faculty of Arts at St. Petersburg State University between 2018 and 2021 as part of its instructional activities. Based on these findings, it seems that digital humanitarian pedagogy may help students acquire the skills necessary to thrive in the modern information age.
