Abstract
This article reveals the rationale for the need for a scientific approach to the development of an adaptive strategy in the implementation of the problem of continuity of the Federal State Educational Standards for Distance Education and the Federal State Educational Standards of the IEO, educational programs of the corresponding levels and proof of the key role of didactic knowledge.
