Abstract
He purpose of this study is to get a better understanding of the dynamics between employees and management, the causes and solutions to workplace issues, and the consequences of generational disparities on employees' mental health. This study deepens our understanding of generational influences by focusing on concrete behavioral differences in the workplace. One conclusion drawn from this study is that (1) people of different generations may learn to work together if they prioritize their mental health. (2) Generational disparities in personality may lead to chasms in the working relationship by influencing employees' and managers' worldviews, the importance they place on their jobs, and the methods they use to accomplish their goals. (3) The ability to manage mental health can help employees and managers from different generations work together toward a common goal of the organization's growth and development through creative thought and new approaches to old problems.
